Earn £210 - £280+ Per Day
We are expanding our team to support high-volume social housing reactive maintenance contracts across Birmingham.
If you are an experienced domestic electrician looking for consistent local work, this could be a great opportunity to join a fast-growing nationwide maintenance contractor.
The Role
- Rate: -70 per EICR
- Volume: 3-5 EICRs per day
- Earning potential: £210 - £280+ per day
- Additional earning opportunities through remedial works and domestic first-time fixes
- Status: Self-employed
- Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas, with routes designed to minimise travel
- Materials: Fully supplied by the client
What You'll Do
- Carry out high-quality EICRs across domestic social housing properties
- Complete remedial works and domestic first-time fixes
- Install and upgrade smoke alarms
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Essential Requirements
- 18th Edition
- C&G 2391 or equivalent testing qualification
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Proven social housing experience
- Valid UK driving licence
- Own reliable van and tools
- Calibrated testing equipment
